For this reason, Integrated Management Systems are always given the necessary priority.

 

With the Integrated Management System implemented in accordance with the mission, vision and principles of our company, which is one of the leading players in the paper industry in Turkey, we aim to create value for all our stakeholders and contribute to sustainable development by conducting paper production and trading in compliance with international standards and, in particular, our legal obligations.

our social compliance policy includes the standards we have established with all our business partners based on our fundamental principles and values, which are implemented through teamwork. Our goal is to ensure that the Social Compliance Policy becomes a corporate culture within our company. For this reason, social compliance standards have been established and work has begun on their implementation. In addition to producing products and services that meet these social compliance standards, this policy commits to granting workers all the rights that arise from the standards under the law, complying with the rules of occupational health and safety, being sensitive to the environment, and creating a work environment in which there is open and honest communication, respect and appreciation among employees. The social compliance policy is made known to all our employees through training or communication channels (notice board, website, mailing list, etc.), our suppliers are informed and our suppliers are evaluated according to these criteria. Under this policy, no sanctions or penalties will be imposed on employees who express their concerns, worries and complaints, and the suggestion, request and complaint boxes established for this purpose will be used. Employees may openly express all types of opinions, requests, complaints and suggestions in the boxes. These are evaluated by the management and necessary improvement measures are implemented for the areas that need improvement. The Social Compliance Policy includes the following components:
