At KMK PAPER, our customers are at the center of our understanding of quality. Our companies do not compromise on quality standards, to which they owe their stable success, and pay attention to greater product variety, continuous improvement and sustainability of quality.
The main pillar of our quality approach is to create a difference in the market with our production capability that “adds value to our customers”, “brings to the forefront the product variety and sales of our customers”, for all the product groups we produce in the sectors in which we operate. Our goal is not only to be a company that makes sales, but also to carry out a project aimed at offering innovative products with highly quality products that are able to create solutions for customers in every respect. With new investments and R&D projects that we have launched, we have enabled our existing mills to produce products that cannot be manufactured in our country, in parallel with the changing needs of the market, and we have achieved a strong position with competitive advantages in the sectors in which we operate. In addition, our paper mills contribute to reducing imports and increasing exports by producing equivalent products to papers imported from abroad. Gypsum board (gray and ivory), which is used for the production of plasterboard in the construction industry, is one of the types of products we produce for this purpose. In addition, the production of COREBOARD (pivot board) with high joule value, which is not produced in our country and is completely imported, YSM NSS, which we produce for packaging boxes used for exporting fresh fruits and vegetables, and PIZZA NSS type products used in food packaging production are the main indicators of our efforts to achieve this goal. We are proud to be the first and only manufacturer of the above products in our country.
Our understanding of quality, which aims to achieve high quality at every stage of production, begins with the implementation of careful quality controls. The procedures established for the sustainability of the quality system in all processes from the purchase of raw materials to the final product are followed, and the quality controls and analyses are carried out at each stage by our expert and experienced staff in our laboratories equipped with the most modern equipment. Quality is controlled not only during production, but also throughout the supply and distribution chain until our products reach our customers. Feedback from our customers on our products and services is evaluated and all kinds of technical support are provided by an expert team.
