In the last quarter of 2012, it started its operation in the 30 Ağustos Organized Industrial Zone of Kütahya on a 160,000 m2 area with a closed area of about 40,000 m2. The plant, with a production capacity of 110,000 metric tons per year, generates 8.1 MW of electricity with its wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 2,500 m2 per day and its natural gas cycle plant itself.

Having 320 cm net production width, it was manufactured by Voith, Germany. It can produce between 70 g/m2 and 180 g/m2 and has an annual production capacity of 110,000 metric tons.
